Whenever you notice the scent fading a bit or you want an extra burst of fragrance. You should turn the reeds about once a week. However, don't turn them too often, as the more frequently you turn them, the faster the oil will disperse.
- Why can't I reuse my reeds over and over?
Over time, once the reeds are fully saturated, the cells in them eventually clog somewhat and lose their ability to draw the scent up into the reed and emit the fragrance into the room. So, when you buy a new diffuser, make sure you also have new reeds, even if it's the same fragrance.
- My diffuser doesn't smell as strong as before, even though there is still plenty of oil in the bottle. What can I do?
You might try turning the reeds upside down. This simple repositioning can help give a little boost to the diffusion process. When going through this process, it is highly recommended to do this over a sink or place a paper towel, especially for wooden/concrete surfaces, as the scented oil may drip from the reeds.
You can also give the bottle a very gentle swirl or two; this can also help mix the oil ingredients and strengthen the scent.
If this doesn't have the desired effect and you've reached the 2-3 month threshold, it's very likely that the fragrance oil has been absorbed and diffused, leaving behind the base of the diffuser, and replacing the reeds is unlikely to continue the fragrance diffusion process.

Our pack contains 8 sticks, but if you prefer a lighter scent or use the diffuser in a small room such as a bathroom, you can choose to use fewer sticks such as 5, thus producing a more delicate fragrance as less reed means slower diffusion. If you prefer a stronger aroma or are using the diffuser in a large room such as an open plan living area, you can choose to use all 8 reeds provided, thus producing a stronger scent as more reeds mean more diffusion faster.
Our diffusers can last about 2-3 months depending on the surrounding conditions in which it is stored. There are several factors that will affect the life of the diffuser and the amount of fragrance it releases. These include: Number of sticks used - fewer (4-5) for slower absorption and diffusion. More (6-8) for faster absorption and diffusion. The number of sticks used depends on the size of the room and the factors below. your perfume.
