Delivery information

Courier delivery is made within Romania within a maximum of 48 hours, if the product/products are in stock. The cost of courier delivery is free for all orders over 200 RON until further notice.

Delivery times may change during sale periods, or during public holidays, or if such announcements are made on the site.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be delivered to the courier on Monday and Tuesday, in the order of receipt of the orders.

For goods that are no longer in stock but have the option to place orders, an additional period of 5 working days from the order confirmation is added for pouring the candles.

The stock on the site is updated, but some communication errors may occur. If the ordered product is no longer in stock, we will contact you with details.

Product return information

Returns must be reported to us at bonjour@littleparis.ro within 14 days of receiving them. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and in good condition. Once we receive the returned items in these conditions, we will contact you and issue a refund. The cost of return delivery will be borne by you, the customer. Returned packages must be sent to the address specified by us in the email, with the option 'Open package' checked; we reserve the right to refuse the package if this option is not fulfilled.
