A Little Paris Atelier candle workshop is a creative experience of around 2.5 to 3 hours, in which participants discover more than 50 olfactory notes, create their own fragrance and use it to make a soy wax candle.
No previous experience is needed. The workshop can be booked individually, given as a gift or tailored for team building, private groups and brand events.
What actually happens at a candle workshop?
Pouring the candle is only one part of the experience. The workshop begins with fragrance.
Participants discover more than 50 olfactory notes, smell them one by one and begin to understand how a composition is built. Bergamot, flowers, woods, spices, green notes and gourmand notes take on a new meaning when you discover them separately.
Then comes the most personal part: creating your own fragrance. Each participant builds their own blend, and the resulting fragrance is used for the candle they make in the atelier.
At the end, the candle is given a name and a personalised label, and goes home with the person who created it.
Good to know
You do not need to know anything about perfumery or candle making before you come. The whole process is guided, from the first notes you smell to the finished candle.
Why does it work so well for teams?
A creative workshop has one important advantage as a team building activity: it is not a competition.
There are no winners, there is no "right" blend and you do not have to be good at anything before you start. Everyone works on their own creation, but the process unfolds together.

How do I join a workshop if I am coming on my own?
You can choose one of the available dates and book your place directly online. If you would like to give the experience to someone else but do not know which date would suit them, you can choose the workshop gift card, and the person who receives it can book their preferred session later.
Do I have to choose the date if I give the workshop as a gift?
